"Occupied Japan" is a term used for the period between 1945 (When WWII ended) until April 25th 1952, during which time the Allies occupied Japan. 50% of all goods for export had to be marked "Occupied Japan" or "Made In Occupied Japan". Miniature glass animals were made some bearing small paper labels stating "Made in Occupied Japan".
